Shipping Information
Standard shipping is only available to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be handled by DHL or UPS. Shipping costs are listed in the table below.
Germany: €4.99
Free shipping on orders over €60.00 within Germany
EU countries, Switzerland, UK: €9.99
Canada, USA: €25.00
Other countries:
Should you wish to have your order shipped to another country, please email us (shop@ethea-style.de) before placing your order, specifying the item, quantity, and delivery address, including the country and postal code. We will then promptly inform you whether we can ship to your desired country and, if delivery to your address is possible, provide you with the shipping costs, as we need to check shipping options and costs with our shipping partner beforehand.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may apply in individual cases. These are beyond our control and must be borne by you. Examples include bank transfer fees (e.g., transfer charges, currency exchange fees) or import duties and taxes (e.g., customs duties). Payment Information
Prepayment via Bank Transfer
Transfer the invoice amount to our bank account, specifying the payment reference. We will send you our bank details and the payment reference separately by email as part of the order processing.
PayPal
Payment in just a few steps:
1. Select "PayPal" as your payment method at checkout.
2. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete your payment.
3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal credentials and authorize the payment.
If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create one and then confirm the payment. Creating a PayPal account is not necessary for the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, and purchase on account via PayPal.
4. You will then be redirected back to us (www.ethea-style.de).
